No, someone else told him they had a pic of him.

“ BREAKING: GOP Rep. Doug Collins just announced that he would self-quarantine at his home after coming into contact with a person who later tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

"I was notified by CPAC that they discovered a photo of myself and the patient who has tested positive for coronavirus."

If she were male, I'll bet the bear claws thing wouldn't have been mentioned. Or if it did, people would laugh it off.

It’s an Alaska thing. Ol’ Ted used to wear an Incredible Hulk tie in situations like that.

She’s obviously frustrated because her constituents are being affected. She has a deep love and care for the oil companies...
