I know people who would be on board with this, and I actually talked to one this morning. Basically heard that this person was given nothing in their life so other people should get nothing as well. Giving these people toothbrushes and soap is just charity.

I vehemently disagree. But that's the narrative of your typical Trump voter.

Roy Moore is such an awful candidate even Yertle the Turtle opposes him.

The Democratic-controlled House voted Thursday to send President Donald Trump a bipartisan, Senate-drafted, $4.6 billion measure to care for migrant refugees detained at the southern border, capping a Washington skirmish in which die-hard liberals came out on the losing end in a battle with the White House, the GOP-held Senate and Democratic moderates.

That brief quote is a good example of how the media is consistently failing us by focusing on the political horse race rather than the substantive issues.
