I hope so. I'd like to see her serve 3 or 4 terms in the House and then think about a Senate run. Imagine the improvement in the NY contingent replacing Gillibrand with AOC. Not to say Gillibrand is bad; just that she is certainly farther right and far more deferential to TPTB.

No I am not...you really need to get over this idea that you can just speak for every liberal as if you know them personally. You cannot define everyone by one of your little boxes...people, especially liberals, think independently.

Do not forget you can like someone's ideas and not like them.

Probably just me hating on all the people to the left of me again like last night though amirite?! ;) (even though I LOVE AOC) I got to stop doing that :D :p

I never said, nor do I believe, I "speak for every liberal." I said:

1. I love her and

2. I have trouble imagining a liberal not liking her.

Those are both true statements; they are first person singular statements. You don't get to contradict them -- they are things I believe. Check your insecurities at the door, I'm not doing the things you're apparently irritated by / terrified of. We all have opinions and we're all full of sh-t. Why is this such a problem for you?

As for this victimhood binge you've been on about being a centrist, you're a centrist. You're not insane like the GOP and you're not covering your as-s like Rube so you're not the Right. You're not receptive and wise like French Rage and you're not a bloodthirsty lunatic Jacobin like me so you're not the Left. You're the center. Glory in it -- that's where most of the fan service falls. You are a hundred times more likely to get the policies you want than the Left and a trillion times more likely than somebody out here on the delusional edge whose only consolation, sniff, is facticity.

You're a lucky duck; don't get in a snit about it. It's not an insult. Your preferred candidates will win the nominations and I will vote for them. The converse will, literally, never happen.

Well it's true. You may have a hard time understanding it but I have long since stopped trying to understand people. Christ I have a buddy that is a hardcore liberal who is a gun nut (who hates the NRA cause they are sellout racists) and voted for Trump cause he thought Hillary was a criminal. (he has since admitted that was dumb)

I have a different bundy who is a lifelong GOPER who thinks Bill Clinton is the best president in our lifetime.

Long story short...people are weird man :)
