She wants the record

The oldest Member to hold the office of Speaker of the House was Sam Rayburn of Texas, who was elected Speaker for the 10th and final time at age 78, in 1961. Speaker Rayburn passed away later that Congress, two months short of his 80th birthday.

Term limits will never get through the Senate (and that's the chamber that needs them the most).

Yeah, like the House Dems wouldn't wipe their backsides with that certification in the blink of an eye and refuse to seat Harris, something that's within their legal right to do.

I read the story behind McSally was a lot of big GOP donors were all in on her and weren't ready to give up on their "investment" as opposed to starting anew with some generic wingnut. Chump didn't weigh in either with a choice of his own (guess Sheriff Joe finally threw in the towel).

Well, it wasn't Kelli Ward or Joe Arpaio so props for picking someone who might win in 2020. State law there meant it had to be a Republican.
