You said she was practicing her second amendment rights - which is the right of the people to form a well regulated militia. If you mean she's carrying a gun...that's a misinterpretation of the second amendment. That's very different.

It includes the right to bear arms, which shall not be infringed. Interesting how you don't want to focus on that part...

...for the purpose of a well regulated militia. Tell me how people wandering the streets with guns in their pants leads to a well regulated militia?

You ammophiles never remember the well regulated militia part so let's not throw mud on focusing on which parts fit the argument we wish to make.

Oh, we know about the militia. Reserves, National Guard, heck even those who enter the draft are considered part of a militia.
