Not bad not bad.... :)

Mookie was taken aback today when he walked under an intersection today and in the promenade saw multiple firearm stores (hand guns and rifles) next to electronics, nicknacks, toys, and 7-11s.

But even here they are smart enough to outlaw ANY type of automatic weapon (and ammunition for said).

Because he’s not actually a genius, he’s a silly man who doesn’t understand what it means to prioritize.

I can't say whether or not he's a genius - he may very well be when confined to certain disciplines. His problem right now is that he lacks focus, or wants to wow the world, ala Howard Hughes before his casino days.

Look up the history of most every single lullaby we know. They're all disasters, war related, thefts, or political coups.

Jack broke is crown and later patched his nob? "Pop goes the weasel" is about pawning your coat for food and a ticket to the play. Hey Sally, maybe one day you'll be lucky enough to sell your clothes just to stay alive! Peter Peter Pumpkin eater? That was one sick dude....

Little Jack Horner is about political and religious corruption under Henry VIII. When Henry was deciding which church lands and estates to seize there was an elaborate scheme among church officials to grease palms in order to avoid payment, but so many middlemen skimmed on the way to the revenue collectors that the scheme collapsed, everybody went to jail, and Henry wound up just taking everything.

I don't think we want to even talk about Ring a Round the Rosey... (a myth, thankfully).

London Bridge Is Falling Down.
Rockaby Baby
Jack and Jill Go Up a Hill - thought to be rooted in a dignitary's head being chopped off, and then the death of his wife or ally shortly thereafter. There are a few notable instances that fit this description from the time the rhyme began.

I used to have a book that discussed the origins of so many nursery rhymes, titled something like "Heavy Meaning for Light Words". It's been a while since I had that book, so I don't recall all the details.

Hell, Goldilocks. Or Red Riding Hood.

A vast majority of children's tales of yore are hard-core dark.
