There was some TikTok/Instagram creator that made a video called “Every country at the World Cup biggest rival” and had England saying “Scotland” while every other country said “England”.

There were at least a hundred comments from Americans saying “our biggest rival is Mexico” and a lot of the UK people were a bit shocked.

The vast majority of Mexico fans have practically adopted South Koreans (with a few exceptions). It is one of the more wholesome stories to come out of the World Cup.

Also, Scotland fans did the impossible and drank Boston dry. Even the Irish couldn't do that.

I don't care that they adopted Korean fans, throwing shit on the field is no bueno, and their fans in the stadium continue to be wankers.
 
The build up to the US-Australia game has been… interesting I guess. Australian fans seem to be treating this game as like the game of the World Cup while the US is just “ok, second group stage game”.

I broke down and subscribed to Fox1. But I learned they carry Serie A so I may even keep it.

I'm an arch antifasc but I also understand it's only rooting for one of the top 3 or 4 teams because of systemic bullshit. I don't want to fall into the Cottager Trap this time. So, who am I rooting for? AS Roma to counter Lazio? Are Inter or Napoli political?

Also, why the fuck am I seeing ads when I bought a subscription???!!! They got their money. Fuck them.
