I never heard any rumors about this, and the Beltway is just a big leaky high school of messy drama and gossip. I never heard anything to indicate Noem and her husband were anything but garden variety conservaderps. The assumption with those couples is (1) the god stuff is just for the proles, (2) they fuck around with each others' knowledge, (3) they also fuck around deceitfully because they are just horrible people, and (4) they're totally fucked up about all of it which explains all their hateful performative outrage.

i.e., exactly like their constituents.

There is nothing wrong on this planet that would not be solved by shooting all conservatives into the sun.

I mean, she could have been faithful to the husband she chose to marry, that was always a choice. And if her husband's behavior was really that "devastating" to her (you can't tell me she didn't already know), there's always an honest separation & divorce. Then you can fuck around with whomever. She just didn't want to deal with the public and financial fallout of breaking up her marriage and likely owing him money, so they agreed she could have her cake and eat it too. :rolleyes:

Oh I agree. I should have clarified that she didn't really have too many choices for an affair partner. And lets be honest, she's GOP, the honest route was never really an option. It never is.
