2026 Winter Olympics: Thread Title Under Construction

she gets called plenty

unlike many goons, she is supremely talented and fun to watch. You want to see goons, you watch Muzzeral's buckeyes when things don't go their way
Kep is watching CBC coverage and falling for Cassie Campbell-Pascal’s butthurt ranting like nearly every other Canadian online.

Watching the first 5 days of olympics in Europe was glorious. Even if I couldn't understand everything they were saying. Most days i had spanish, french and german coverage on their own channels

oh my god, I just saw a clip of their coverage. Canada can keep crying, what else can you do when you're getting your ass kicked so badly.

they're just mad abbey has the talent to back everything else up. you hit a player on their knees like that, you're getting called.

Canada is so fucking whiny about hockey, I will never look at them the same again after what I saw at the world juniors.

TBF, there was a lot of chatter online from Canadians that their women’s team was not good enough and Hockey Canada should not have relied on so many older players.

A lot of countries invest in sports, it's just the vast majority of that investment goes to soccer in most countries.
Kind of my point. A huge chunk of T&F athletes are NCAA competitors. Which is a pain to invest in. An expansion in women's hockey in the NCAA will help the depth of the rest of the teams. May not make them win, but make it better.

But that also assumes few changes thanks to students getting paid to play...
