UMaine 25-26: Marques My Word: Back to the Big Time

Although they can obviously bury shots....I am not overly impressed with BU. Their D is big but seems slow. And their guy between the pipes is nothing to write home about either.
 
Fowler is playing great tonight. Started when he upended that big dman and the big dman left limping. He has been locked in all night. Nice assist from the half wall to Scholle on a tip in between the giant BU goalies large 5 hole.

Then roofed that 3rd goal up high in the corner, nice shot. Peterson with a beautiful pass to Fowler’s tape.

Boija seems to have settled down. Can’t blame that 3rd one on him. Turnover again and then guys out of position defensively.

This has turned into a solid contest. Let’s hope Maine can outwork BU in the third.
 
Ok my only complaint with the renovations - 50 mil on alfond and 170mil total or whatever - they couldn't come up with 100,000 to add bathroom capacity - especially with the beer now.
Oh well next time maybe.
