Maybe you want to fight it out and not have a defeatist attitude (and you should be commended for that) but I am not there.

This country elected that jackass and his band of capitulating morons and I'm done with it. I now understand what it's like to live in Russia, or Belarus, or Hungary and I will never understand as long as I live why people choose that.

This is insanity.

Markwayne Mullins called the ousted CDC director a liar and said he had tapes to prove it.

He then went outside and told the press he had no tapes.

Let's see.

We have blown up boats in the ocean with people in it illegally.
We have fired career scientists from the CDC without cause.
We have fired the CDC Director selected by this President without cause, and he did the firing.
We have someone in this forum who is going to be fired for his political views posted on facebook, I could go on there right now and find political view crazies from both sides in as little as 30 seconds every minute of every day.
We have people who no longer can access vaccines that their doctor recommends across the country.
We have women bleeding out in parking lots because the medical care they require is considered an abortion and we can't do those because of God. They're dying in some cases.
We have citizens of the United States being deported without due process.

So, we have the people in charge of the country killing it's citizens, killing other countries citizens, and stifling the free expression of ideas while deporting it's own citizens from the country.

But, yeah, we're nothing like those other nations. We're the home of the free (white, hetero male ) and the brave (white hetero male)
 
Oh, and that's not a complete list. In addition to others you can be detained if brown and thrown into an ICE Detention center. Even if you are a small business owner, or the mother of an United States Marine.

But, nothing like those other countries. It's not similar to what Brittney Griner experienced in the slightest.
