UMaine 25-26: Marques My Word: Back to the Big Time

From the BU thread..Maine should absolutely be doing this too. Its pretty smart actually

Did any other season ticket holders get their annual call from a player thanking us for your support and so on and so forth? I was on a call at work when my cell phone rang and didn't recognize the number. It was Owen McLaughlin. I wonder if anyone actually answers those and talks to the player that calls.

I seem to recall in Red's first or second season players delivered some season tickets in person.

There is apparently an issue with transferring tickets via email. I have tried to transfer for two games and have received error messages. I spoke with someone in the ticket office and it seems to be effecting several, if not all, accounts. They are efforting a solution and will be back in touch Monday.

As for someone who pays $4400 for two seats for 4 years I have never got one. Maybe time to check into that huh.
Do you mean you pay $4400 per year? If so how did it get that high?

Or over 4 years you paid $4400? I guess what do you pay per ticket per game?

I pay 2200 per seat for my club level tickets for the entire home schedule. I have 2 of them

They have gone up 100 dollars in the 4 years i have had them

They should be not only thanking you once in a while, but also autographing a jersey for you every year. And put a keg of beer in your box too. And giving you guest passes to invite me as well.

We get guaranteed parking by the arena, a meal before every game and unlimited alcohol but yes I agree and on the passes lol

Thanks for posting this. It largely mirrors my thoughts on the season(I didn’t write it.) There is no doubt Maine is going to have a lot more skill but replacing what they had last year as far as work ethic and physicality will be tough. I get square peg in round hole vibes with some of the guys coming in but hopefully they can be appreciated for what they are. The new goalie sounds like a big upgrade over Berzins and with any luck he can be that without unsettling Boija.

I think this is going to be a really interesting and fun year. Every team added a lot of talent and I think we’re in for a lot of competitive, exciting games.

I finally agree with Drew....should be a crazy and exciting season. As far as the beer goes, charge $25 a beer....perceived problems disappear :ROFLMAO:
