The owner of that McDonalds shut down the store for a day, the customers were screened ahead of time.

Plus that store is the site of protests for worker abuse AND the owner has been lobbying hard against minimum wage increases. He's a chud.

well to be honest how could secret service just allow the fat guy to serve whomever it is that rolls into drive thru there?? It would be nuts to think otherwise.

Yeah but I'm not going to kiss their feet for doing the bare minimum after they had a journalist caught screwing around with a political subject who was working with Trump!

I don't need perfect, i dont even need great...but they should have been doing this from the beginning and now it could be too late. It's like when Jake Tapper calls him out now...great where was that a year ago when you pretended everything is normal? He and his people hate you and you treat him like he is just another politician even though you know better.

This CYA stuff is good and I applaud it...but much like The Lincoln Project they helped create this monster and their penance won't be paid just because now they had a come to Jesus moment. They passed this test but they are still failing the class.

I feel bad for those people...but if this was happening to Democrats those same Republicans in Maricopa County would be laughing about it. They are just scared that Trump turned the mob on them.

Note: I don't wish this on anyone, election officials should be left alone. But what do you think the chances are that said Republican is voting GOP down the ballot when he turns in his ballot? Some of these people remind me of the Scientologists who start to question the cult but don't officially leave and then become Enemy #1 for the Cult and get harassed to no end but still stick around.

I don't buy anything that clown on CNN says...he has zero idea what he is talking about half the time and often uses information from Polymarket or 538 to prove points they really don't prove. I don't know what his credentials are but take anything he says good or bad with all the salt in the Dead Sea.

(I have seen similar stuff elsewhere mind you...including that low propensity voters are not coming out in any sense but its still way too early)
 
Apparently Politico “nabbed” an internal GOP poll of the Alaska House race. Clearly the internal polls are just as bad as the other polls because this one has Begich at 49% and Peltola at 44% with the other two, who have zero campaign presence, at 4% and 2%.

Those numbers seem optimistic.

14 Senate polls have been conducted in Pennsylvania this month, according to 538, including the most recent poll, a blatantly Republican one showing Casey-McCormick tied at 47. Even with that poll, the average of the 14 polls is 49%-44% Casey…and Cook Political Report moves it to a “toss-up?” Interesting.
