Yeah guys, we can't politicize the justice system (by which they mean prosecute politicians who committed crimes, because who wants to do something like that that would root out corruption), but we can threaten the justice system.

When you say "crimes", I take it that what you really meant to say was "trying to turn an action based on alleged civil violations into a crime", since the absence of banks, regulators, and even the big bad ol' IRS as complainants and/or "victims" of these "crimes" just seems SO striking.
Has the thought that maybe, just perhaps, the "justice system" in NYC is the party that's acting way out of the scope of reality? If the idiot judge in that kangaroo court doesn't "pull a Mueller" and bag on you guys early, it's only a matter of time before any "conviction" is shot down on appeal. Not a matter of IF, a matter of WHEN.
