Since you joked about it - I met a Ford line worker at the spin dry almost 10 years ago who got popped for his 4th while on probation for his 3rd. Sadly, with that track record, odds are he's dead by now (and hopefully took no one else with him).

Honest guess...all of them. They are all screwed they should be begging for any deal they can get. Donnie can't wipe this away unless Congress rewrites the Constitution.

I distinctly remember a self-reflective piece in the Cornell Daily Sun from undergrad (30-of years ago), wherein a law student related his experience going before a judge for a public urination ticket he rightly earned in the alley behind a collegetown bar. He studied up on the law. He prepped. He game planned. He was an Ivy League law student, for goodness sake! He was going to show that judge what was what. Until, that is, he arrived in the courtroom and the judge gave him one stern look, at which point he couldn’t raise his gaze above his shoes, and the only words he could choke out were, “Yes, your honor,” “No, your honor,” and, “Guilty, your honor.”

Seems apropos here.

It would be wonderful if one result of all this idiocy and cowardice was Flynn wound up in prison where he has belonged all along.
