Soooo, making it easy for people to exercise their Constitutional right to vote for the candidate of their choice is partisan?
I mean, all these newly automatically registered, standing in short voter lines, or able to drop an envelope into a box, can vote Republican, or even Green Party if they choose, correct?
All this wouldn't be necessary if they counted as a 3/5 vote as they were supposed to.
