Conservative means lack of change- meaning light steps on the economy (especially containing debt and deficit), not changing old laws that favored the right people, let people to use resources even though they are running out and are harmful, etc.

These guys are radicals- they want to destroy the budget and economy so that the rich can get richer (for no real reason other than numbers), they want to protect their buddies by not making it illegal to abuse people, they want to destroy our environment to get richer.

Let alone the "Christians" have totally reimagined what the New Testament says so that they can make more money, abuse more people, and just use limited resources.

They are radical. Just because they call themselves republicans doesn't mean they are conservative.
 
Yeah these are not conservative in any way. They are Authoritarian. Barry Goldwater would be disgusted...

No. The word "conservative" has two senses which are quite different.

The adjective means what you say.

The noun means "right wing." It does not imply anything about degree of extremism.

Let's capitalize the latter for clarity. A conservative Conservative is possible. It just doesn't exist anymore now in America, or, if it does, it's Joe Biden. A radical Conservative is possible, and 98% of present day Republicans are precisely that. They are radical right wingers, authoritarians, fascists, take your pick.

Note that Dump is neither conservative nor Conservative. In terms of both, he is merely a buffonish, malevolent narcissist. He exhibits both degree of extremism and political (or any other) principle to further his adolescent hedonic assessment of his best interest.

Drew's every answer for any foreign policy conflict is to send in the troops or start bombing. Every single time.
 
It takes one country to make war and two to make peace. I’m anti-war but there is only so much control we have. I think we should spend significantly more on defence. We don’t have enough bombers, subs, refuelers, or enough maintenance capability and our fighters are too old.
