The polls were put up for teams that had more than 4 nominees. For teams that had 4 or fewer, no poll was put up. The polls ran for about 30+ days this summer. College Hockey Weekly was thinking about using the concept, but obviously they are no longer running. So, to answer your question, it pretty much is stagnant right now. If CHW ever gets up and going again (highly unlikely), perhaps the data would be used. Until then, it will probably just be a fun exercise in looking at a program's history.
