It's summer. Time to kill time until hockey season.

What's your "NCAA Mens Hockey Titles" claim?

Here's how to calculate it.

Method One: Linear, Unweighted
I have degrees from UND and RPI.

My Method One claim is 10 (8 titles from UND, 2 titles from RPI).

Method Two: By degrees, Unweighted
I have two UND degrees and one from RPI.

My Method Two claim is 18 (2 degrees * 8 from UND, plus 2 from RPI).

Method Three: By degrees, Weighted
Bachelors degrees are weighed 1; Masters 2; terminal degrees 3.

UND BS 1 (* 8) = 8
UND BS 2 (* 8) = 8
RPI MS (* 2) = 4

My Method Three claim is 20.

So, what's your claim?

No matter which way you cut it, zero is zero is zero, unless divided by zero, then things get weird.

Thankfully no. We just had your basic chocolate and tapioca in cups. The fancy pudding pops were only available at elite schools like Michigan and Minnesota.

I went to UMD and Saint Mary's Unversity of Minnesota. UMD won it all my super senior year, so that's one plus five. It was UMD's first title so times that by 10. Plus SMUMN is DII so add three. There my number is 63. I win

Super senior = 5. 5x10 = 50. 50+3 = 53. Biddy+Math = Suck.

I think he's saying ((1 +5) * 10) + 3 = 63. That and the whole post is in jest.

I have degrees from UND and DU (I also have a degree from CU, but the Buffs don't have a hockey program).

My Method One claim is 15 (8 titles from UND, 7 titles from DU).

Method Two: By degrees, Unweighted

Same as Method One.

Method Three: By Degrees, Weighted
Bachelors degrees are weighted 1; Masters 2; terminal degrees 3.

UND BA (*8) = 8
DU JD (*7) = 21

My Method Three claim is 29.
