Yale Skating Circles around WHCA

Re: Yale Skating Circles around WHCA

Air Force didn't make it last year and Yale was bumped in the first round Like UND in 2009.
My point was that Air Force did better in 09 than UND and Yale did better (obviously) last year. The poster I quoted needs to remember his teams recent history before dissing Air Force and Yale.

BTW if anyone has DirecTV, Yale vs. Cornell is on channel 613 on Friday night. It is always a good game between one of the best ECAC defenses (Cornell) and the highest scoring team in the nation (Yale). Might give the midwest folks some more insight on the ECAC as well.

Oh I know what you meant, but I work with a lot of Canadians who **** me off because they are too stupid to figure things out. They speak French, spell funny, and don't use pronouns.

3.17 GAA (10th in the league) is one of the best ECAC defenses?! Oh wait, with Yale at 2.67 GAA, they must have a premier defense. Never mind the 4 schools in the ECAC alone with better GAAs, some of which have played a lot more games. ;)

Who cares? You're really grasping at straws here. Yale should really require an IQ test for its fans. I certainly hope you're not an alumnus/alumna; if you are, you're seriously damaging the school's reputation for academic excellence.

Re: Yale Skating Circles around WHCA

This was probably discussed long ago in this thread, but I don't feel like reading back too far. Can someone clue me in on what the WHCA is? West Harlem Curling Association? World Hermaphrodite Checkers Alliance?

Its the league with more NCs, frozen four appearances, and hobey baker winners than any other league in the NCAA..............stooopid.

I'm just a dumb townie, they only let me near the place if I am paying for hockey tickets or if it is on fire. :D

Yeah, probably should have checked this years stats, just going off what I saw the past two seasons with Cornell.
