RPI penalty on Foss penalty number 9 (I think) and Yale Penalty number 8(I think) and add penalty to RPI number 10 to Helfrich(for York)

Got back from evening commitments around 9... have been watching the game on Time Warner locally... and have been holding my breath! :)

Someone explain to me what happened? I lost all connection at 1-1 and had to swap modems out and I come back and it is 4-1.
