Congrats on an excellent tournament and national championship, arguably taking out the top four elite teams in this country during the process. No matter if Yale was the last seed, the played like they were the first.

This is probably the most coverage Yale athletics has seen since a certain weather balloon exploded at the 50-yd line in the Yale Bowl in the 1982 edition of "The Game"

Nicely done Bulldogs. Got to see Yale when it came to Denver to play the Pioneers. Bulldogs won 2-1 in OT on an Agostino goal. Yale is a worthy champion.

Yale looked great the last 2 weeks, hardly looked like a 15 or 16 seed. Way to do the ECAC proud. I'm Happy for the Yale fans. Congratulations !

A truly amazing run, led by a group of seniors who bring Yale first ever Hockey National Championship.
While the QU seniors got a ton of well deserved praise, there wasn't that much said about this group of Yale seniors.
Led all year by Andrew Miller (and tonight by Jeff Malcolm the birthday boy), this group has won 2 ECAC regular season championships and has been to the NCAAs three times where their only loses have been to the eventual national champions (2010- BC, 2011- UMD, 2013- well they didn't lose).
Their run this year, beating Minn, ND, UML, and QU is one that won't soon be repeated.
Awesome job boys! Enjoy it.

Congrats.........what a run through some of the best teams in the country. You've done yourselves, your school and the ECAC proud. Well done and enjoy!!!!
