From that same game where the English goalkeeper and Ghanian forward collided and called a foul on Ghana, I thought that was the right call. You can see the Ghanian forward missed the ball and kick Pickford in the leg.

This one I disagree with you on. I definitely felt that was against the goalkeeper, it you're going to call a foul at all. Mainly because the goalkeeper made no attempt to play the ball, IMO.
