Yes, because UK TV is so well known for it's impartiality that the Scots won't do things like this.

Can't wait for Independence.

The BBC and right-wing tabloids are attacking the team, and have been for a couple years now (made last year's run to the Euro finals interesting). Just the other day Michael Gove said Lisa Nandy is the Marcus Rashford of the Labour Party. I have no idea what he meant but can't imagine it was intended as flattery for either of them. And that was before the game against the US. I expect even now pubs across England have replaced the bullseye on the dart board with a picture of Gareth Southgate.

And they'll still win the group and likely advance to at least the QF...

Japan can clinch a berth in the knockout stage with a win. Costa Rica will try to lose by less than seven goals this time. Maybe try scoring one, even.
Belgium can likewise clinch a berth with a win. But a lack of offense for both teams, and the dearth of scoring in general, has nil-nil draw written all over it.
Canada is trying to score a goal for the first time in the World Cup.
Germany could be eliminated with a loss; Spain can advance with a win. A German victory sets up a very interesting final day for this group - especially if Costa Rica somehow pulls an upset on Japan.
All games in the US on FS1. VPN users can watch the first game on ITV, the other three games on BBC.

Iran and Iraq became one country called Irrational
Every commuter in greater Los Angeles learned how to ride the bus
And the rich folks said "Please tax the shit out of us"

Hell froze over today...

Spain and Germany are scoreless at the half. 15 of the 28 games so far have gone to half 0-0.
One factor at play here, 2018 had a lot of penalty kicks called due to VAR being first introduced and a lot of countries not having experience with it before.

There are other factors, tactics have evolved to be more defensive and patient, lesser nations have improved immensely, referees aren't punishing tactical fouls as much etc.
