There’s an undercurrent in all of this that’s not being talked about: the players support of the fans in all of this.
The MLSPA has already come out against the policy:

But the biggest thing is that the CBA is up at the end of the year and
the players could potentially strike. What’s the biggest thing any work action needs? Public support, in this case from the fans.
