Yeah, wasn't rooting for the Russians to medal, but was rooting for the Canadians not to.

Agreed. I didn't see any games involving Russia, so I probably feel less distaste towards them than others, but it's nice to see Canada got to lose to Russia as well.

Haha yes remember it well too bad that BU team had phenomenal talent albeit quite a few Canadians thus the issue

Not a terrible group. Not an easy one either. I'm going to look into tickets for some US games that aren't against Canada and hopefully go for a relatively decent price.

Ha. I can easily see Canadian fans buying the majority and either using them to cheer for our opponents or selling them for $$$$$$.

This year, they had one group in Malmo and the our group in (wherever). Not until the semis did they all move to Malmo.
I would guess next year will be the same.

everyone was in malmo. games were held at the arena & the isstadion (us group only played in the issatadion).

Doah. Shows how closely I really paid attention.
I would still guess that each group will stay at one location until pool play ends, maybe even through quarters.
Edit: confirmed. Each group will remain at 1 location for prelims. Each location will host 2 quarterfinal games (I would assume higher seeds). Semis and Finals will be in Toronto.

They are flipping Canada's group for the WJC with Toronto and Montreal in 2017. So Canada will play the prelims in one arena and then the medal round in the other. Plus you can book your tickets for the WJC 2017 when purchasing tickets for 2015
