For the most part yes. Only players on the field at the end of Extra Time take KTFM. However if a team has had a player sent off or is injured and unable to continue the other does what is called “reduce to equate”, they pick one player to not participate and remove him from the field.

Wow that is a really good spot by Pitana giving a caution. Danish player definitely fouled but definitely had a play on the ball.

So if that last penalty in extra time had resulted in a red, Croatia would have to only pick 10 guys, so both goalies would have to go before 11?
