I don't really know who to put there...and I'm not going to put Elmira in so I put Lake Forest. I also think that once Herring returns, Lake Forest will be a much better team....I know that shouldn't affect the poll now, but like I said...it's difficult to find that 10th team...so it was a toss up

So who wants to explain to me how Trinity goes from unranked to 8th, surpassing an undefeated Stevens Points who has already played 6 games, because they beat Manhattanville by one goal and then beat Hamilton and Connecticut College to move to 3-0? They beat the former No. 8, so they just automatically become No. 8?

5) University of Wisconsin at River Falls

8) Trinity College (not Dublin)
9) University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point

Trinity also gets points for not only being an Eastern team, but for invoking the holy triune and for association with the sainted seat of learning on the Liffey River by the Halfpenny Bridge -- Slainte! (slancha!)

They are not identical, obserbear gives RF more credit than I do. I have not seen them play, so I gave Middlebury (5-0) benefit of the doubt, but it is only my OPINION.

Seriously, this week's polls, both men's and women's, almost has me wanting to change my affiliation. D3hoops.com might be my new forum of choice.
