Wisconsin Women's Hockey 2026-27

FWIW, Todd Milewski has an article up about "our favorite topic".

"... but [Enright] wasn't on the roster as of last week, coach Mark Johnson said.
'Personally, that's all I can add to it because that's all I know,' Johnson said.
It wasn't clear whether that could change or what led to Enright not being part of the team this season."

So clearly Bucky B and Badgerdad 2022 are not Mark Johnson or Todd Milewski. 🤣

I get it that he's not going to comment on a player's personal matters but he knew what was happening. Feels like they added a player in August to compensate for Enright leaving the team. If he truly didn't know then he's most likely retiring at the end of this season.

MJ was informed in Mid-June that Enright was not coming back

Even though it’s been a known fact for months, how can MJ act like he’s completely baffled as to whether or not Claire Enright is playing or not ?
She left, she took a real job, she’s gone.
Simply say “Claire made a decision to move on with her life and we wish her the best”
It’s a bad look when the head coach appears baffled.

You see him everyday, why don't you ask him?

Those of us who are familiar with MJ know he's very tight lipped about any info about the players. He knows way more than he'll ever let on.
