He's so bad that it's become hilarious for me. He just guesses on names and numbers and his stupid catch phrases crack me up. You could make a drinking game out of the number of times he gets a player wrong.

Hard fought series. It's fun to play meaningful, close games against Wisconsin again. A little too close for comfort on Saturday evening, but a lot of fun just the same!

As others have said, a Saturday evening rematch in Detroit could be a lot of fun:cool:

I think he tries to copy Doc Emrick with the whole "ladles it across," and "ratchets the puck" business and he fails at it miserably. Would much prefer to have Frank M making the calls.

You know, I bet he could make a little extra money by mentioning the actual banner the puck rings off of.

"Kloos fires a shot off the Century 21 banner."

Players could get in on it too by aiming for a particular one to get a mention. Companies would pay for that.

I can see MG in the locker room shuffling through a pile of invoices: "Ok, guys most are all paid up. So defense, you've got Land O' Lakes, Subway and Toyota. Offense, target Old Dutch, Bauer, Affinity Plus. But don't hit Blue Cross their bill is overdue."
