In my younger years, there would have been a greeny on the windshield had I been there. I'm not proud of that - but I'm being honest.

Missed the shot of the team picture, but they talked about it here and there.

Pavs' goal was (eventually) credited to Hertl, as it bounced off his foot before going in. I'm convinced Elliott had it until it took that bounce.

Re: Wisconsin Hockey Vol I: Dawn of the Fifth Age of UW Hockey!

According to the schedules thread, it looks like we play @ St Lawrence on 10/28, and @ Clarkson in 10/29

From what I hear, good luck in finding a hotel room anywhere in the North Country that weekend. My wife and I are going to the games and will be meeting a classmate of mine from 1974. We are staying in Lake Placid for the weekend, about 1 1/2 hours from Potsdam. I have been told it's parents weekend in Potsdam so the Sat night game is a guaranteed sellout.

A little eastern swing against 2 known teams in the public eye, I like it.
I like it too! Last year for my birthday I got basketball tickets for the UW game at Syracuse. That turned out well! This year it looks like a hockey trip to the north country may be in order.

Rodentsota is honoring the sue at a twinkies game? That's beyond crazy! Some marketing plan, eh?

Will there be a Blake Geoffrion hockey classic this year? I'm going through Labahn/live hockey withdrawl bad.

Geoffrion game is on June 18th. Per the Facebook page tickets on sale later this month. No news on rosters. Hoping to see Pavelski and Elliott there, but hoping whoever wins the current series wins the Stanley Cup and has to bow out.
