This is absolutely terrible. He should be kicked off the team. It's completely disgusting.

I mean how can a guy that's a sue Captain miss a guy's head like that?!? What the heck is Berry teaching these guys? Instead of all-nighters spent stripping idle fracking rigs for scrap to make shivs, they're probably making crochet hooks. Beginning of the end of another great program if you ask me. This week is depressing.

Good thing that hit wasn't against jan brady U. The whining would have filled up a whole thread.

That hit looks legal to me. How about we start making kids skate with their heads up.

I, for one, resent anybody referring to the North Dakota Metrosexuals as Sioux or Sue. It's offensive and not at all consistent with our new image.

You might want to find the page in the record book that shows the most lopsided victory for UND. Dog-ear that page and then come back to it later.

I think that's what has had me so uptight today. Fell asleep at my desk today and before I could wake up and wipe the drool off my papers, Bob Johnson appeared to me as the ghost of Badger Hockey past carrying one of Phil's cards and a bunch of pictures of the Dane packed with fans dressed in red. Then he kinda changed, like dreams do, and flew with me to REA on Friday night about half way through the second period. Enough Badger players hadn't quit yet, so they were able to roll two forward lines and 3 defensemen. Everything was going in for Wisconsin, and their goalie was stopping shots he couldn't even see. The Badgers were up, like, 8-0. Badger Bob kept looking at me, in that sillyazz dress of his, as if to say, "don't get too cocky Bucko." It was spooky and very humbling.

But I woke up and knew instantly that there is no way on Bob's green earth the Badgers could score more than a goal against UND, much less beat them, even in a dream, and I figured that old Bob must have been on acid to dream up such a story and to pick out a dress like that which did not come close to working with those shoes. I felt a little sad.

But hey, Sioux sweep

I don't know... You have your Captain blowing kisses to CC players like he wants to ask them to the prom and burd criticizing Bob Johnson's (a true fashion icon) choice of shoes like he's Tim Gunn guesting on the View.
You guys used to all be cooking your own meth in sod covered huts and sucking down pails of leftover fracking fluid when Hak was there. I admit sometimes it was a little intimidating. I mean Hak's current team sent the second coming, Connor McDavid, to the hospital and are near tops in the league in penalties taken. Now it sounds like you guys are taking Xanax to combat anxiety over the name vote and sipping ice lattes while hoping the el Nino keeps the weather pleasant for your late season mums.

I'm moving my odds on a Badger win down from 98-1 to 3-1.

3-1 sounds more like odds Uncle Barry will ever get past the introduction of Hockey for Dummies. If the Badgers get within 3 on either night, Eaves elects to end his coaching career Sunday on a high note.

Wow, I agree with Dirty again, for like the second time this century. And I am saying a Whioux player got hosed on the review:eek:. Since when is a shoulder to the chest worthy of suspension?:rolleyes:

Yeah... well let me put it a different way: They had guys behind the bench like Blais and Hak and despite their poor spelling skills, Hack and Blaze did evoke a certain Scorched Earth - Loot- Pillage - Destroy (Or Blitzkrieg, for those so inclined) kind of thing that served them fairly well. Heck, Gino was kinda scary. I don't doubt more then one Iron Ranger or kid from 'toon left the rink for home only to wake up hours later locked in the trunk of an all black '76 Continental cruising US 2 to Grand Forks.

But now? Now they put a Berry in charge. Still can't spell, but I don't need to tell you guys what letting a Barry get his mittens on your program means for the future.

Evidently the UND and UW police chiefs are betting on tommorow's game with the loser having to wear the opposing team's jersey. The UW chief obviously follows hockey about as closely as Alvarez does to take this bet.

I think it's just that he hasn't had to pay that much attention to it since Eades graduated/left school/went to jail-- whatever it was...

Wishful thinking. Sioux boys clean up nice these days, but on the ice they're still Tundrabullies. Wonder which Badger women's team will show up.

Hel, even Gurth doesn't have the nards to show up and fight.
