I was darn excited to see the game on TV until Bug10 network fumbles. Go to Fox one and pay for it, no thank you.

Listening to these bozos complain that the gophers aren’t getting calls while the gophers are getting away with everything…

Honestly, this game should’ve been 4-1 Wisco. Zero scoring touch.
I'll certainly tip my cap to Di Pasquo...but yeah...definitely could have easily been 4-1 or 4-2. But this is what makes puck luck...well, puck luck.
Time to drop the hammer on Saturday!
I'm fired up and just watched the highlight reel from when Bucky won the Broadmoor Trophy in 2013. I know we talk a lot of crap about the cycle of the Eaves teams, but I put that team in the same cat as the Reinprecht/Heatley team. Both super talented and just got completely caught with their pants down at the worst time in the NCAAs.
The 2012-13 team was pretty deep and, while not the most overpowering, was super fun to watch.
Back when you could buy the sports package on cable and watch as much college hockey on all the Fox Sports regoinal networks you could possibly want. Those were the days.

My friends...goodness, have you seen this? Now we are cooking with gas!!!

Not to be the asshole blaming the refs, but maybe a soft 5 minute major and ejection for Deering.
With that being said, I can’t blame the refs for erring on the side of safety after last weekend, and I’m glad Whipple wasn’t hurt from the play.

If he would have been put head first into the boards, then absolutely. He went in parallel. It def was a penalty for boarding, but the end result wasn't a safety disaster, and that's what should make the difference between a 2 min boarding call and a 5 min major, much less a game misconduct.
