That is a map of users admitted for treatment, not users. MN is the chemical abuse treatment capital of the world. ND and WI probably both have more tweekers, we just have more treatment.

Do you think all those folks in flowing robes and speaking Arabic at Mayo came from Rochester too? One reason the restaurant scene in Minneapolis is as vibrant as it is is all the Hazeldon grads from NYC who settled here afterwards.

I don't think you will be completely deflated, this is a rivalry series and the Gophers haven't exactly been tearing it up playing mediocre teams lately. Your goaltending is solid (like usual) and the D is usually the strong part of your team (maybe not this year?) I think the games will be close and I will be surprised if it's a blowout either way.

has anyone else noticed week after week, year after year, gopher series threads are all the same? gopher fans blindly calling for sweeps and trash talking, posting the same photoshopped pictures of years past, followed by the gophers dropping 2 or 3 points on the weekend and then fans ending their weekend in an uproar.. the team isnt as good as we thought, etc etc.. then by tuesday they are predicting sweeps in the next series?
