Re: What's on your Playlist? USCHO Music Thread

Happened across an article of Jenny Lewis, lead singer for Rilo Kiley, one thing led to another, and right now I'm about six tracks into the 62 "Top Tracks for Rilo Kiley". The odd thing is, though, I think they've only released four albums with a total of 48 tracks so far. I guess I'll see what repeats.

Found this today on youtube, and thought it was great. Wonderful storyteller, terrific sense of humor.

Bob Seger was just on the KQ morning show, and was talking about his song Roll Me Away. It turns out that the song was about a motorcycle ride he did around the Great Lakes couter-clockwise. The line, "Twelves hours out of Mackinaw" is his stop in Rochester, MN. He said that when he left the MI, it was 80 degrees. By the time he got into Rochester it was night time and 45 degrees. :D

Ty Segall - Slaughterhouse. A bit Black Sabbath meets The Black Angels. Very cool.

Dethklok- The Dethalbum

Reminds me of when I used to watch Adult Swim on a regular basis. I wonder if they released anything else from "Metalocalypse."
