it's just reflex at this point :)

if mookie is with the kids he gets between the birds and them. if mookie is with peeps he gets on the far side of peeps :D

The lawsuit makes sense, especially when you read the bilingual commenters on the article. They specifically call out the law regarding cell phone use. In French, the law reads that the driver can't have their phone in their hand, while the English version reads that you can't use your cell phone at all. And thus the confusion begins.
