That's what happens when you let your guard down against a team like that for just one minute. Sick to my stomach, but well deserved win for the Lakers, good luck against the Beavers.

Got up by 2 and then thought they were wheeling and dealing. They forgot to be disciplined.
When they came out of the timeout, only one team skated out.

well great finish by Oswego, guts and grit just like the Genny game...that said I just cannot understand the reffing,terrible to say the least,2 goalie interference calls vs Oz?? These refs want to be a part of the game, when they are supposed to be a background figure,horrible I cant understand why we cannot get good officials.....I am sure there are other Hammer Remy who have some similar thoughts.....ugh.....ok im doen GREAT win we move on........Bowdin played a fast very aggressive game, they undressed our dmen a few times and have a excellent forcheeck,I can see why the won the Nescac.

Random question from a westerner - Does Nichols College always wear white jerseys?

I was trying to figure out who-was-who in today's game and looked back at Nichols' game schedule - every recap had them wearing white! like, how is that even possible for a whole season? (even the Cowboys wear blue from time-to-time...)

Bowdoin's game is run and gun. They live by it, and the last two years in the NCAA tournament have died by it. The defensemen crash, move the puck and look to jump into the play. Neutral ice is about creating turnovers and transition. There is no trapping as far as I can tell and even if there were, it's against the program's DNA at this point. Few DIII programs are as fun to watch. Congrats to Oswego for taking the game over in the final ten. All three goals were good ones.
