Carmine Guerrero set the new WCHA record for saves in a game with 76, breaking the mark set by Wisconsin's Kirk Daubenspeck with 75 on 8 March 2007 vs Colorado College.

This was the 7th longest game in college hockey history, and the 2nd longest in WCHA history at 118:49.

All that, a .987 save percentage...and the loss. That's something you don't see every day.
