At least the Gopher BB team is playing well. That's a plus for you guys. Purdue looks like Lucia & Co. last night.

I don't give a hell about squeakyshoe, so it is no consolation for me.

Plus, Minnesota will lose this lead and it will be close by the end regardless.

Re: WCHA First Round: MN @ UND

I disagree. Much like UND couldn't have given last night's game away due to Minnesota's incompetence, I don't think Minnesota can give this game away due to Purdue's incompetence.

I'm listening to Radiohead.
Win.
Minnesota has 20 draft picks on a roster of 25. The team with the next most is UND with 15 on a roster of 26. This means that 80% of the U of M's team is drafted, while 58% of UND's team is drafted. Running the numbers, you have fully 72% MORE drafted players than your nearest compeditor. So yeah, 'by far' is an applicable description. You'd think securing home ice for conference playoffs wouldn't be that difficult a task for a roster that loaded, though I suspect your players are more concerned at this point about what minor league they will be playing in next season.

How many NHL prospects are on the DU roster?

The better the local sports teams do the better my business becomes. I can't believe I am going to say this but go Gopher basketball.:o

Why do I feel, as a Gophers fan, that I should be getting a meal of my choice and a last cigarette?

Time to walk The Maroon'n'Gold Mile. :(

Now, now, now. That's not the attitude to have before the big game Brent. Before the Gophers and the Hostile and Abusives start their game, let me ask you an important question concerning Minnesota--which you will be able to answer far better than I would--Are the Golden Golfers gonna make it into the ObamaBall tourney, and if not, when does spring football start?

Enjoy the game. :)

I don't care about pumpkinpushers, so I have no idea. :p

Now, let me have some time to reflect on the season past. Thank you.
