It's funny how your selection bias betrays your deceptive intentions as a Sioux fan. Two things stood out for me in the quote: 1) To state that "We have to make sure we...match their desperation" implies that the Sioux might not be desperate enough, despite their inconsequential play at times during the regular season, 2) You conveniently failed to post the remainder of the quote which states, "We need to play our best games of the year because they're a solid hockey team". You failed again.

You and I both know that this series will be tight and evenly-matched, just like their regular season games.
I would guess we will see two (or three) very close, exciting games. I wouldn't want to bet on the winner because I honestly think it could go either way.

I point to Minnesota's losing record in the WCHA and your 7 game winning streak. It's close on paper perhaps but paper doesn't play hockey.

Yes I do. There is not enough hope or steam behind the bandwagon yet so they will win a few more to get everyone excited. Plus the Sue may still make the tourney without winning this series. Gophers in 3 to build up all our hope one last time.
