Yep, definitely looks like the non-traditional hockey markets are a much better recruiting grounds than Minny. Oh, and water isn't wet.

How is it on this board that any insipid fan cheering for a winning team automatically thinks that because they cheer for a winning team that they have something relevant to say?

Yeah, it got a bit off topic. Though, the announcement has nothing to do with it because the comments were made before it.

I think the merger is a bad idea. They should have kept the conferences separate, and kept the two auto-bids IMO. That probably would have meant the CCHA would have had to lure some Atlantic Hockey teams to the CCHA. Though, I can see benefits to the merger as well.

I would guess you are an expert on hockey players that can't skate by being a uaa fan... just saying.

I wouldn't say they can't skate I would say they need serious improvement. Just sayin..
