Months ago I wouldn't have called it an upset, but where the team stands now it would be an upset.
Things aren't looking God in DePere tight now, but what do I know. I remember counting them out last year too.
As long as the "deity of Depere" is at the helm I suppose anything is possible.

If UC loses Sunday and wins out but loses again in the maybe say ECAC West Finals, how much weight do the Conference playoffs carry ? Except for autobids, is the field pretty much projected after the last regular season game...or no ?

Conference playoffs are supposed to be weighted the same as any other game.

Yes, Utica stands 8th. :p Gee, Mr Dukester, I remember that Utica beat Hobart in Hobart also. ;) And Utica won other games on the road too.........:D

He is allowed to crow in his own home: everybody is... That's a universally-accepted fact of life.

On the other hand, I seriously doubt that either of you petty snipers would have the nuts/poor manners to invite yourself to someone's home, then talk crap to your hosts... And, that you have the false-nuts to do it here is truly annoying. Very weak stuff, boys.

The fact that nobody but you trolls respond negatively to P-1's (occasionally) reckless posts really says a lot more about you guys than it does about him. Utica posters have watched him grow up on this forum, for better or worse, and we pick our spots carefully. (I hear that he's 18 or 19 now.)

I'm guessing you're both a little older than that- the content of your posts notwithstanding -so what's your excuse for popping-off like a couple of adolescents..? Are you feeling inadequate as human beings, and sniping at UC and Hobart for the lack of anything better to do? If you don't like his comments, go away already, please..! I guarantee that nobody will miss you either of you here.

To play your game: OSU is 1-2, and EC is 1-4, vs. UC/Hobart. EC will very likely end the year 1-5 against them, so I don't see that either you have a leg to stand on in terms of giving either team any vicarious grief.

Give it a long, long, rest, for the love of God!

Prof, having talked to some parents from there, everyone seems leery about the prospective scheduling-issues.

Probably it's a better bet for any D-3 team to have first-dibs on their own venue, no matter how humble... And The Domes are a great place to watch a hockey game, already.

I don't see any need to for EC to go elsewhere. I love that place.

And THANK YOU for your support of the Domes, seriously! One of the parents from Naz. sat in front of me last night and had nothing but good things to say about the Domes, the atmosphere, that "Old Barn" feeling. He said he'd love coming here, and has three more years to do so.

I must have missed the message that said "ONLY UTICA FANS ARE ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT UTICA IN THIS BOARD, WHICH IS OWNED BY UTICA!! EVERYONE ELSE GO AWAY!!" :rolleyes:

Seriously. Stop. You wonder why you have so many non-Utica fans post here? Have you seen some of the stuff that's posted? It's comical how ridiculous some of these posts are. You guys win and all some of you talk about is how you're getting shafted in an insignificant poll. You lose a hard fought game in OT to a higher ranked team and some are talking about how the NCAA selection committee will shaft you...because the USCHO poll has?? Seriously??

This is not "your home." You are NOT "our hosts." This is a public message board. You want it to be your home? Start your own exclusive club and sent exclusive invitations. Until then, stop complaining about "the invaders" and deal with it.

On my out to the game. Hope it's as good as the Friday game with a different out come. It will be interesting to see if UC can bonce back after such a heart breaker. Glad the teams got a day off as I don't think anyone left anything on the ice. UC needs a good start I think to wash away the bad taste. Should be a great one. Have fun arguing boys.

just turned on the utica radio station......this guy is jacked up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek: ps hope others have better superbowl numbers than me

Final UC 1 Hobart 0. GREAT GAME by both teams. A little bad blood in the hand shake line, but hay, it's hockey.
