Tickets for Peter Hook and The Light go on sale Friday, performing the Joy Division albums Closer and Unknown Pleasures in their entirety, along with some assorted tracks, and an opening set of New Order songs.

Joy Division never toured the Unites States, because lead singer Ian Curtis hung himself the night before they were set to depart. This is as close as you're gonna ever get to hearing and seeing what would have been.

Cripes give someone else a chance. Love how you can tell there's no auto tune involved. There's some pitchiness that pops up, usually on the sharp side, but it just doesn't matter. Woman's voice is a mile wide. Pleased as punch they just left it. "Yeah I'm a bit sharp, but I'm still blowing your over produced garbage out of the water. Bring it."
 
I'm at Lucy's Creston Kitchen this afternoon and waiting for a friend. "Step by Step" by New Kids on The Block is playing and... I'm old. Look at me, I'm too old!
