Christmas Wrapping by the Waitresses is the worst song I've ever heard but it always makes me feel great and bizarrely in the holiday mood.

The best Christmas album is that jazzy Peanuts one.

I can't believe none of you mentioned this.

The "Special-X Mas" holiday channel on XM Radio (pre-merger) was worth the subscription every year. I bought my XM after the specialty channel Special-X was axed, but they would dust if off and bring it back for the holidays. Special-X was where all the off-beat novelty music was once found, but it never had the listenership to stay. And then the merger ruined XM forever.

Special-X Mas was where you could find Dr. Demento songs at Christmas. I want a Hippopotamus. Twelve Drinks of Christmad. I da** near drove into a ditch from laughing so hard at some of their songs played. It was a good channel that no XM channel has duplicated since.
