Bleed Like Me is so underrated and from someone that cannot begin to imagine what you've had to fight through, I understand why it resonates with you so much.

Try to comprehend which you can never comprehend...

You can see my scars....

Was lucky enough to see both of these tours. Great performers.

That's wonderful. I did see The Clash (8th grade I believe, maybe 9th) but was never lucky enough to see KC.

Crimson I saw from Pier 86, Fripp to the left and the Intrepid to the right. That was an experience. Having him, Belew, and Bruford all in front of me was so amazing. I can't remember whether Tony Levin was actually playing with them on the tour, he might only have been studio.

One of the best concerts I have ever seen (though I have only been to about a dozen in my entire life).

The Clash I saw at JFK in Philly. They weren't even the headliner, they played second of four. The lineup was:

The Hooters
The Clash
Santana
The Who

I am fairly sure I was unknowingly dosed with acid. It was an interesting afternoon. Santana stole the show. The Clash and Who fans were political opposites and there were fistfights on the floor (I was very happily in the bowl).

Fripp is still touring, BTW, so catch him while you can. I had enumerable chances to see B.B., never did, and now I can't. One of my few regrets.

Think I’m a little too young, but man I’d have loved to have seen the clash.

Yes you would have. I'd have loved to see them in a club rather than a stadium, but you could still feel the middle finger energy rip right through you from Joe and Paul.

I found what purports to be the set list. However I don't remember it that way at all. I don't think it's even from the same tour.

Same.

Even just being able see “I Fought the Law” or “Police on my back” live would be a treat.

Did see them do those. Unfortunately, it was after Strummer kicked Mick Jones out of the band, and added three young punk kids to play with him and Paul. Fortunately, it was pretty up close and personal, at the Expo building in Portland, Me.

Strummer had a red Mohawk, and spent much of the show singinging with the three fingers on his right hand splayed out against the side of his head.

Years later, got to see him play with the Mescaleros at the Palladium in Worchester, with Tymon Dogg on violin. Sadly, they did not play Lose This Skin. Also up close and personal, I was like two deep from the stage, and Strummer was exchanging handshakes with the front row all night. Unfortunately, kept missing mine. A year later he was dead.

This interview was recorded earlier in the day of that show

This is your annual reminder that any device I observe to be playing "Wonderful Christmastime" by Paul McCartney will be yeeted out the nearest window.

I am dead serious about this. This is your one warning.

It sounds like he's dry-humping a Galaga machine. He deserves to have his knighthood revoked and his royalty checks confiscated by the UN for that abomination. I am not sorry. And this is coming from a man who brought you the PK Ditty, so you know it's serious.

Yeah, definitely the low point of his career.
