I think one or two wins this past weekend over RF would have solidified LF with the pollsters. From parents I have spoken to, LF had 2-3 girls out sick and the short bench may have had an impact on RF making back-to-back third period comebacks?

if that's accurate, it probably was a difference maker for LF

They had 16 players on the collegehockeystats roster for the Eau Claire games and the River falls games. I guess it could mean that not all 16 played on Sunday..but I don't really know.

the dude from Adrian said that his daughter had heard from the Lake Forest girls that a couple of their top players would not be playing...

Herring did not start and no points or penalties which to me means she did not play or very little. That would have definitely played into River Falls favor.

Not that it's a big deal, but interesting that Plattsburgh lost a first place vote in a week they beat #8 twice and tied #5 in a 5 day period. I'm guessing it's because of using a different voter this week than last....

My poll hasn't been used either of the past two weeks...

It's finally out. It took so long because they had to keep revoting until Middlebury got enough votes to stay in 10th March 1, 2010
