Has anyone seen canned pumpkin in stores yet? I know there was a shortage and it was supposed to arrive in September, but I've only seen the pumpkin pie mix, not plain canned pumpkin.
So I just made my first ever potato salad. Next time, I need to let my potatoes cool after I drain them... it looks like I'm serving cold mashed potatoes.
This is true; I used Russet when I should have used Yukon Gold or a round white...That can also be the type of potatoe you used. Some hold their shape better than others.

Look to AB for your answers...Speaking of mayo, I'd like to learn to make my own; don't think I'd hate it as much if I made it myself. My chief complaint is that restaurants either drown the sandwich in it or they barely put any on.
And I made oven-baked brown rice tonight; turned out perfectly. Finally managed to get rid of that burned/crunchy taste.
