Re: US Junior Team Part II

End of 1, 2-2 tie.

Canada controlled the first 12-14 minutes, USA came back with two quick goals but the defense and goaltending let the team down, and Canada tied it.

Re: US Junior Team Part II

Anyone's game right now. USA needs to take advantage of the first half of the 2nd period with Pietrangelo cooling his heels in the box.

Re: US Junior Team Part II

Goon Hockey Canada has kicked in. They want this sooooo bad, it's like a political statement.

Re: US Junior Team Part II

adjust and keep the slower d off the ice. # 2 in particular along with # 4 are killing them

Hee!! DC. :)

I always love seeing the little slash the Miami kid took on our celebrating player (maybe Yip?) who was nearest to the net on Nick's goal...I completely understand it, but it does make me smile.

Also, I like seeing that goal. That's fun too.

Re: US Junior Team Part II

They're the only ones who really care about this tournament. They have to win.

It's really the best part of what happens if we win. We shrug our shoulders and go to work in the morning, they feel like they got kicked in the nuts.

As opposed to them partying well into the night while we shrug our shoulders and go to work in the morning.

I love the shot of the bench. :)

OK, sorry folks. That was totally off-topic. Back to this game.

Who is this assistant coach?? Is he an NCAA coach somewhere?
