oh weird.

"Any countries imposing no-fly zone over Ukraine would be parties to conflict: Putin"
How is this controversial? Of course that would be participation. You enforce a no-fly zone by shooting down other countries’ airplanes so that you own the sky, ie the airborne territory.

I mean, the US Army couldn’t declare the bridges into Kyiv to be “no-drive zones” without being involved in the war.

It shouldn't be. It's what I've been saying since this started.

That's where we're at already...

I'm not advocating for the US to perform a Normandy-esque landing in Odessa and roll north-northwest to Moscow.

I'm just saying let's leave the keys to a couple A-10s parked on a Poland airbase for a couple Ukranians to test drive....

no it's not. There is a bright red line in the sand that NATO has made very clear. There is no total war in Europe until Russian troops set foot into Poland or any other NATO member.

A-10s are a fantasy. The Ukrainians aren't trained on them or any cockpit like them. It would take months, if not longer, to train them to just not get shot out of the sky much less perform straffing runs. A-10s also don't operate by themselves. They require total air superiority, which is still much contested despite what we read on the meme accounts and semi-filtered first hand accounts. There are still plenty of Russian flights and ground-based air defenses that would be extremely lethal for even American pilots in A-10s right now.

I love the A-10s, but if anyone claiming any expertise is seriously proposing they be sent to Ukraine, I would unfollow them.

I’m mentally preparing for the disgusting ploy of “Trump, the peacemaker” to announce some BS move. Along the lines of going to meet with Putrid in Moscow to play “savior” for 2024. Nothing would surprise me now with those two as they play this into an advantage.
I hope the NSA is tracking his phone calls.

Multiple reports that the workers of the Nizhnekamsk petrochemical industrial complex went on strike because they haven't been paid because of Russian financial problems.

Nizhnekamsk is not big but it does have a KHL team.

One of the people at Bellingcat, who I'd never heard of previously, but are an independent group of citizen journalists, investigators, and researchers, is saying that the Russian army doesn't have the material or financing to continue functioning beyond Sunday.

We'll see.

I read that Trump and some other Republicans were trying to raise money(with Trump taking an 80% cut) so that Russia could keep fighting.

Maybe the ruble is crumbling because it had only been propped up by GOP money laundering.
