University of North Dakota... the March past March

Re: University of North Dakota... the March past March

i am saying their is no way that wisconsin makes the ncaa's. i give them credit that they have beaten the teams that they should, i.e, michigan tech, alaska anchorage, bemidji state, minnesota state etc. but they will continue to falter down the stretch as i think they only get at best 1 of 4 points at st.cloud and maybe get a split with cc. i don't know where they will finish, i am predicting they finish 7th and have to go to cc, where even if they win out there in 3 games they do not win a game @ the final 5 and finish 16th in the pair, just missing an ncaa invite.

nothing's guaranteed. They make the final five and win a game, they are most likely in the NCAA's. They are currently sitting 14th in the pairwise, and barring any miracle upsets, that will most likely be enough to get them in. I'd be very afraid of them. They are a pretty good team. Not only that, but if Minnesota makes it in as well, you have the potential to be looking at three WCHA teams in the same bracket.

fair enough, I am saying that I don't think they are a very good team, nothing about wisconsin impressed me this year. they take dumb penalties, get flustered easy, and really don't have a go to guy when they need a goal. I am predicting that finish their last 4 games with a 1-2-1 record, and don't do anything at the final 5 (if they make it), i predict a 15th finish in the pairwise.

Wisconsin is 1-9-2 against ranked teams, that isn't going to do very much for them, they are 18-2 against the Cup Cakes.

How did Wisco play tGoofs 20 times this year?:D

Re: University of North Dakota... the March past March

Yeah, I have a feeling that Wisconsin is going to be the odd team out when all is said and done. Very rarely do Conference Tournaments go the way they should. Usually if you are in the top-13 you are pretty safe. Those in spots 14 and 15 have to hope for 1) nobody jumps over them with how they fair in the conference tournaments and 2) no "surprise" winners at tournament time.

It sure is swell that smaller, less invasive government has intervened in a key area of government oversight: college athletic mascots - even if it takes a constitutional amendment.

Why are you wasting your time in this thread? With what little time you have before you're arrested for a parole violation and sent back to prison, shouldn't you be sitting outside an elementary school looking for children to molest?

Next move for smaller government - dictating what constitutes recruiting violations. All for the better for college hockey, as long as they agree with me.

Someone who tries so hard and so unsuccessfully to appear smart should get a little love and maybe a participation award of some kind.

Good thing Red Berenson pulled his team outta this tourney, considering their abysmal 11-27-3 all-time record in Grand Forks. I'm thinking of another name for a kitty, a p++sy. Man up, Red.
